Refund & Return Policy –  www.melivest.com (Melivest)

We take great pride in offering premium Greek products, carefully packaged to reach you in perfect condition. Because our items are natural and/or perishable, our return and refund policy is designed to protect product quality while being fair to our customers.

By purchasing from Melivest (www.melivest.comoperated by OliveOilOrigins), you agree to the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We can only accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival, OR

  • The wrong item was sent in error.

To qualify, you must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery or 14 days from the shipping date (for orders that have not been delivered)

  2. Provide clear photo evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect product.

  3. Keep the product in its original, unopened packaging until we advise you further.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or used.

  • Products that have been improperly stored after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, direct sunlight, humidity, or contamination).

  • Natural changes in products (e.g., crystallization in honey, variations in color, texture, aroma, or taste) as these are normal characteristics of pure and natural goods.

  • Products returned without prior authorization from us.


3. Return Process

If your case meets the above conditions:

  1. Contact us at 📧 hellomelivest@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order  or 14 days from the shipping date (for orders that have not been delivered)

  2. Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if a return or refund will be issued.

  4. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of our error.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, email 📧 hellomelivest@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order .


6. International Orders – Customs & Shipping Risks

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or import restrictions in their country.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or confiscated by customs.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier. We will assist with claims in the event of loss or damage during transit, but final resolution and cost is subject to the courier’s policies.
