Shipping Policy for www.melivest.com
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.melivest.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two business days (48 hours). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Confirmation email once we receive your order. Then a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
Melivest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping Policy
Currently we ship to the EU, the US, and the rest of the world in collaboration with DHL EXPRESS (3-6 business days) and FedEX International Economy (4-10 business days), from the time the shipping company picks up the package.
For the US, we also collaborate with FedEX Economy (6-10 business days) and FedEX Priority services (3-6 business days).
All prices on our site are in EUR. Your credit card company will bill you in your local currency at the current exchange rate.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping for orders in Europe more than €189 EUR (VAT included) delivered via DHL Economy shipping method.* ,**
*Countries excluded from free shipping are those where DHL Economy Road Transport is not supported, i.e., Malta, Cyprus, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Russia, Montenegro.
**For Finland, Free Shipping applies to orders exceeding €400 EUR (VAT included), delivered by DHL Economy shipping method.
Important Notice: Customs Clearance (Outside European Union)
When ordering outside the EU, the importer (you) is responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. Each country has its own customs policies; please contact your local customs office for details.
All non-EU orders are handled by DHL or FedEX and go through Greek Customs clearance before leaving Greece.
Customs Import Fees / Taxes etc.
Pricing does not include customs duties, import taxes, or associated fees, which are determined by your country's customs policies. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the importer and must be paid for the package to be released and delivered.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Shipments refused due to unpaid import fees will not have the original shipping cost or return shipping charges refunded.
We do not refund original and return shipping charges for goods refused at customs. If refused, packages are returned to us in Greece.
The initial shipping cost and any additional return shipping fees charged by DHL or FedEx will be deducted from the refund amount after clearing the return fees with the shipping companies, which may take several weeks.
Customs Documentation
We provide accurate customs documentation including item details, importer details (name, address, etc.), customs codes, and total order value (goods plus shipping).
Customs offices may verify the payment charge, so all information must be accurate and consistent. We do not declare items as 'gifts' or 'samples' on customs forms as it violates customs regulations.
Customs duties in each country are based on the total value of ordered products, including delivery costs. We ship worldwide (except Russia, Belarus, and some countries in Asia).

B.1 DHL ECONOMY - Door to Door EU Road transport delivery in 4-15 working days

Air Shipping
DHL EXPRESS - Door to Door Air transport delivery in 2-5 working days
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
